Artist will arrive prior to the event to set up. Artist will paint at minimum 5 hours. After the event, I will take the painting home to finish up any last minute details then have your piece sealed and returned within 1-4 weeks of your event. To reserve your date, half of the payment will be due up front. For example, if you chose the silver package, then you will initially have to put down $750. Deposits are non-refundable. The rest of your payment will be due a week prior to the event. All weddings booked within a month of the event are charged an additional last minute booking fee of $250. For all out of town weddings a $100 travel fee is applied for every 50 miles outside of Lafayette. If an overnight stay is required, an additional fee will be added to total price.
